Dry-van freight · Direct shipper relationshipsA strong start. A long view.
Our freight focus

Built around the load.
And the people moving it.

We’re developing a dry-van operation with a focus on practical planning, dependable communication, and long-term shipper relationships. These are our planned services for launch.

01 / DRY VAN

Full-truckload freight

Planned service for packaged goods, palletized products, and other freight suited to an enclosed dry-van trailer.

Over-the-road transportation
02 / DROP & HOOK

Keep freight moving

A focus on drop-and-hook opportunities where trailer availability, scheduling, and customer requirements make the operation work.

Planned around your facility
03 / RELATIONSHIPS

A carrier you can know

Our goal is to learn your lanes, understand your shipping needs, and earn repeat business through consistent execution.

Direct shipper partnerships
The P. Howard standard

Good service starts
before the truck rolls.

A load should have a sound plan from the start. We intend to build our reputation through the everyday decisions that make a shipment go well.

01

Safety sets the schedule.

Plan legal driving time, realistic appointments, and equipment readiness into the work. A delivery promise must leave room to operate safely.

02

Clear expectations. Early updates.

Confirm the load requirements, pickup and delivery details, and agreed charges. When a plan changes, communicate while there is still time to respond.

03

Accountability at every handoff.

Check the freight, keep the paperwork organized, and follow through on the details. Relationships grow when people know who is responsible.

Respect belongs on the road

Behind every mile
is a person.

Drivers deserve clear plans, honest conversations, safe equipment, and respect for their time and home life.

That belief is central to P. Howard. We want to build a company where the people doing the work have a voice—and where good customer service grows from treating those people well.

A company with a personal reason

Built from experience.
Grounded in responsibility.

P. Howard Logistics is a developing family business founded by Phillip Myers. His experience in trucking, business ownership, law, and community service informs a practical approach to building a carrier.

The starting point is one truck, a sound operating plan, and relationships worth keeping. Growth will follow the ability to serve customers well and support the people who make that service possible.

We’re preparing for launch with dry-van freight as our core focus. Our aim is to build a business our family can stand behind—and that shippers and drivers can trust over time.

For shippers

Every good lane starts
with a conversation.

Tell us where your freight moves, what it requires, and how your facilities operate. That is the groundwork for a useful carrier relationship.

Booking opens after launch readiness

We are preparing to launch and are not accepting shipment bookings through this site yet. Contact information will be published when our inquiry channel is ready.

Prepare your freight brief

Use this short worksheet to organize a lane for discussion. Download a copy to keep; it does not send an inquiry or reserve a truck.

Your entries stay in this page and your downloaded file. They are not sent to P. Howard.

A few practical answers

Before we roll.

Is P. Howard operating yet?

We are preparing for launch. This website introduces the company’s planned direction. Shipment booking, active service areas, and operating credentials will be added when the business is ready to accept freight.

What freight will you focus on?

Our planned core service is full-truckload dry-van transportation, with a preference for drop-and-hook opportunities and direct shipper relationships. Specific lanes and equipment availability will be confirmed individually once operations begin.

Will you offer hotshot service?

Hotshot service is a possible future addition. It is not part of our current launch offering. We will publish the equipment and service details if that operation moves forward.

Are you hiring drivers?

Our initial plan begins with a founder-driven truck. As the operation grows, any driver opportunities and requirements will be published here.
